COMMUNITY GROUPS

Valley Church is “A house of Hope”.

We run Community Groups which help our community find a welcoming, valuing, loving home; a place where they can walk into healing and restoration.

You can find friendship at any of our community groups:

Chatty Cafe

Valley Tots

  • Valley Tots is a space for you and your little ones to come and enjoy a morning filled with play, fun, laughter, and community. Why not hang out with us, get to know other parents, and enjoy a hot tea/coffee together? 

    We meet weekly every Thursday from 10:00am to 11:30am at Valley Church, just head to reception and one of our lovely staff will direct you to a place to park your pram, and then head upstairs for lots of fun!

    Children from 0-4 and their grown-ups are welcome to come along and join in the fun! We ask for no children over the age of 5 as we want to ensure this space is kept as safe as possible for younger children. 

    Here is all the important information you need to know!...

    Cost: £2.50 per child + £1 per additional child. Free for 0-6 months. Each cost shown per week.

    Parking: We have free parking on site

    Coffee: We have the amazing Valley Coffee on site which will happily provide you with that much-needed coffee for you parents. Why not head there afterwards and have a cheeky slice of cake with a new friend you made at Valley Tots!

    Places are limited so make sure you get yourself signed up now on our events page (simply "add another ticket" when booking additional children on).

Chaplaincy Corner

  • Our Chaplaincy Corner is run by a volunteer chaplain who is happy to chat with you and pray.

    This is a space for you to sit and contemplate, ask any questions about faith, and pray.

    This takes place most Wednesdays at 2pm at Valley Coffee

Knitting Group

  • Taking place at Valley Coffee on a Thursday afternoon, we meet together to knit and natter.

    Everyone is welcome to come along, whether you want to learn to knit, or you’re a seasoned knitter or crocheter!

    Starts at 2pm every Thursday.
