Wildfire

AN UNSTOPPABLE FORCE

WILDFIRE is all about empowering young people to fulfil their God-given potential! WILDFIRE is for everyone between the ages of 11 and 18 years. We believe that every single young person’s life can represent a WILDFIRE when God is on their side. A life that is unstoppable meaning nothing and no one can get in the way. A life that burns bright and has huge impact and influence.

Every Friday night, Valley Church Preston is buzzing with young people. Friday nights are filled with crazy games, incredible worship and inspiring preaching!

IGNITE (yr 7-9)

Ignite is where the flame is lit, where the wildfire begins. It’s for 11 to 14 year olds (school years 7 to 9) and is so much fun! Expect amazing tribe wars where teams battle it out for the winning prize as well as awesome worship and life-changing messages!

ABLAZE (yr 9-13)

Ablaze means ‘burning fiercely’ and is all about living life to the maximum seeing that WILDFIRE image play out in your own life. Ablaze is for 14 to 18 year olds (school years 9 to 13) and is a place to hang out with friends, compete in wild challenges and games as well as engaging in awesome worship and being inspired by amazing preaching.

Our youth leaders Andy and Hannah, along with the youth team, would love to meet you and your friends so come along and check it out!

What about COVID measures?

As of the 19th July, many COVID regulations were lifted or changed. However, we are still observing a number of practices to remain COVID-secure and vigilant. These include higher standards of cleaning, especially of surfaces that come into regular contact with people; ensuring adequate ventilation and good air circulation throughout the building; providing additional seating so that visitors may save extra seats around themselves, creating space between themselves and other visitors; ensuring that staff or visitors who are unwell do not attend; communicating the above clearly to our staff, volunteers, and visitors.
